  • As a former head of the Police Transformation Agenda Office, Agordzo will continue to drive the modernization of the service—including e-policing, digital case filing, and fingerprint digitization—nationwide.
  • Under his leadership, the GPS aims to become a top-tier organization in Africa within the leader’s stated transition plan.

  • Reporting directly to the Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Agordzo will help implement critical policy decisions in coordination with the Policing Management Board.
  • He is expected to coordinate with other DCOPs and COPs who lead specialized units like CID, Research & Planning, and Service Workshop.

4. Institutional Reforms & Promotion Transparency Advocate

  • In his new role, he may influence reforms to improve efficiency and meritocracy across the Service.
